Product & Installation

1. What types of bulbs do your fixtures use?

Most fixtures use E26 or E27 LED bulbs. Please refer to each product page for details.

2. Do your lights come with bulbs included?

Some fixtures include bulbs, others do not. See individual product descriptions for details.

3. Are your lights dimmable?

Many of our lights are dimmable when used with compatible bulbs and dimmer switches.

4. Do your lights come with installation instructions?

Yes, every product includes basic installation instructions.

5. Do you offer installation support or guidance?

We’re happy to provide basic installation advice. For complex fixtures, we recommend hiring a licensed electrician.

6. Can I customize a product (size, color, finish)?

7. Do you accept custom or bulk orders for interior projects?

Yes, we work with designers and developers on custom and volume orders.

8. Do you work with interior designers or trade clients?

Yes, we offer trade pricing and support. Contact us to apply for a trade account.

Shipping & Delivery

9. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders delivered to the United States, Canada, Italy, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Netherlands, Qatar, Australia, France, and Germany.

No minimum purchase is required, and no hidden handling fees apply.

10. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing takes 5–7 business days. Delivery takes approximately 15–25 business days for the U.S., and 20–30 business days for Canada, the UK, Italy, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.

11. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email. You can also check your order status on our Order Tracking Page.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Italy, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. We are continuously expanding our shipping coverage. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us at info@oneluxelighting.com for assistance.

13. Can I delay the delivery if my space isn’t ready?

Yes. Contact us before placing your order and we’ll hold the shipment if needed.

Orders & Address Issues

14. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update your address for free. Once shipped, a fee may apply.

15. What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If the package is undeliverable and returned, you’ll be responsible for the reshipping cost.

16. What if I receive the wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Returns, Warranty & Damages

17. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund your item free of charge.

18. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-custom, unused items. See our Return Policy

19. Do you offer warranties on your lighting products?

Yes. All products come with a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us or see our Warranty Policy for details.
