Warranty Policy

At ONELUXE LIGHTING, we are committed to delivering high-quality lighting products built to last. That’s why we offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty on all fixtures purchased through our official website.

This warranty applies to purchases made directly from www.oneluxelighting.com for residential use only.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use for 3 years from the date of delivery.

Covered issues may include (but are not limited to):

  • Structural failure (e.g., frame cracking, loose components)

  • Built-in LED failure or electrical malfunction

  • Peeling, fading, or corrosion of finishes (under normal indoor use)

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, mishandling, or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or bulb burnout

  • Water damage, outdoor exposure (unless specified), or extreme environments

  • Commercial use, unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Any issue arising after the warranty period expires

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact us at info@oneluxelighting.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  2. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

  3. If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions at no cost to you:
     • Ship replacement parts to you
     • Send a brand-new replacement fixture
     • Arrange for the item to be returned to us for free repair, then shipped back to you

Please do not return any items without confirmation. A return address will be provided via email after your claim is approved.

Limitations of Liability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to original purchases made directly from ONELUXE LIGHTING.
ONELUXE LIGHTING is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or failure of the product.

Some states or regions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
