At ONELUXE Lighting, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and worry-free shipping for every order. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery, and related logistics issues.

1. Free Standard Shipping

We are proud to offer our customers free standard shipping.

*No minimum purchase is required, and no hidden handling fees apply. If you need faster processing, please select “Express Shipping” (8–12 business days) at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

3. Shipping Regions

We currently ship only to the following countries:
United States, Canada, Italy, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Netherlands, Qatar, Australia, France, Germany

Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or other non-standard delivery locations. Please provide a valid street address for successful delivery.

4. Shipping Time & Carriers

After your order is processed, your package is expected to arrive within 8–20 business days. The exact delivery time will depend on the shipping method, product availability, your location, and local customs clearance times. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping times by region.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and shipping details via email.
You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page or by contacting us at info@oneluxelighting.com.

6.Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices listed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or any other fees that may be charged by your local customs authority.

In most cases, customers will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery. However, depending on the destination country’s regulations, customs duties or taxes may occasionally apply, and are the responsibility of the customer.

ONELUXE Lighting is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local customs authorities.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@oneluxelighting.com.
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Incorrect Address

If the shipping address you provided at checkout is incorrect and the package is returned or undeliverable,
you will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

9. Address Changes

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a shipping address change free of charge.

  • If your order has already been shipped, any address changes may incur an additional redirection fee.

10. Delivery Delays

Most orders arrive on time. However, in rare cases—such as customs inspections, adverse weather, or local disruptions—delivery may be delayed.
We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

11. Split Shipments

Some items in your order may ship separately due to availability or warehouse location.
You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.

12. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed,
we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping fee from your refund.
