At ONELUXE Lighting, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@oneluxelighting.com with the following:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Clear photos if the item is damaged
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Return address will be provided via email once your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without confirmation.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ONELUXE Lighting is not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@oneluxelighting.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of both the item and the packaging.
Because shipping carriers require damage claims to be submitted within a limited time frame, it’s important that you notify us within 7 days.
We will prioritize your request and arrange a free replacement or full refund, and then handle the claim process with the carrier on your behalf.
You won’t need to take any further action.
Note: This 7-day notification requirement does not affect your 30-day return eligibility for other valid return reasons.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items without original packaging
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
